Human circus...

We took the kids to a "circus", I should of known when kids where free something was up! It turns out it was inside the army thing (can't remember what its called). Anyway..it was packed and it was just a family that did different things like hanging from the ceiling, fire tricks, and lots of selling cheesy products. They would have 15 mintue intervals of "hey kids, here is a great balloon or coloring book with a mark in it to win a prize, tell your parents you want it and come back to center ring with your money" Yep, cheesy. Luckily my daughter looked at me once and I said "No" and she didn't ask for the rest of the night! They did have a few animals, a monkey, some dogs, and this kangaroo at the end of the night. Never will we go to that again! Kids enjoyed it, the men enjoyed the girls in the little outfits, they noticed things that we didn't about their part of the program..go figure!
Notice the look of concentration. It was probably the girls hanging upside down! Anyway we couldn't wait for it to be over, the seats were hard and it really was cheesy! Adults had a 10.00 dollar entry fee, kids free. That was because they milked money out of the parents for every possible piece of junk they could! Live and learn!
I love the look on Jakes face here, "when is this thing gonna be over!" The little miss looking at me is Miss Haley, isn't she a doll? Her Mommy talked me into going, or well invited us to tag along! Oh it was called the Star Family Circus at the Armory, if you hear about it, don't go! I think its a yearly thing! And this clown and the kangaroo boxed, it was the best part of the evening. The kangaroo was getting after the clown! He would grab and hold on to him instead of boxing, he was on a leash and the guy holding him was having a little bit of trouble. Glad he was on a leash, those things are a little scary! Poor thing.
