The ROBINSons Nest: First day of 3rd grade, Haircuts and the Pumpkin patch!!

Yes I'm totally pathetic at updating my blog! I keep misplacing my camera cord! So this is going to be a grouping of the last few months! Sissy started 3rd grade, Oh how the time flies! Where did my baby go? You blink and bam they are growing up to fast!

I know I already did a birthday post but I found this one and thought it was so cute! The child never takes a bad picture! She will pose in a heartbeat. Not always the way I think she should but she poses anyway, as you will see in a later picture!

I took Bubbie for a big boy stylin haircut. I didn't think he could be any cuter but OH MAN! He is a handsome heart stealing hunk of love!! As you can tell he was not overly happy about getting his haircut! I didn't get any pics of the final product. We didn't have a good experience that day. The lady was not our normal stylist and when I asked her to cut it shorter I think I made her mad! We have had it cut a second time since this a shorter version!!

I love this one just because of the catch light in his eyes! Big ol brown eyes!

This is the shorter version of his Faux Hawk haircut! I love it but I think its going to be a high maintenance cut. It needs a trim already! He is my non-poser. SO does not like to have his picture taken! That is why I have a cookie chewing picture.

We did make it to the Pumpkin Patch this year! It was a hot BUSY day for them! Tons of people and we had to wait in line to ride the wagon. Oh well, they ended up having a good time. We did miss the corn pool, somehow! I secretly didn't mind that we missed it because I was on dirty kid overload!! I have major issues with them getting dirty. That place is one big ol dust bowl! I had to restrain myself and just let them get dirty, but let me tell you it was all I could do not to whip out antibaterial wipes and go at them!!

Sissy didn't like the wagon ride it was BORING. I thought so too but I wouldn't admit that to her! Hade to make it fun for the Bubbie!! They loved the corn maze and the hay bales! I loved the cotton! I somehow missed taking pics by the sunflowers, geez that was the main thing I wanted to get them by. I LOVE sunflowers! My brain wasn't working. Plus I had a huge blister wearing on my heal and I had to walk on my tip toe like a dork so it wouldn't hurt! This was after I make everyone wear tennis shoes to be comfy and my sock wouldn't stay up..go figure!
